Case Study: Manor Court
Industraheat were awarded the contract for the replacement and upgrade of the boiler plant at Manor Court, a sheltered housing scheme in West Molesey, Surrey.
Part of the project was to replace the existing controls panel and wiring system to suit the new energy efficient boilers and replacement plant.
The design included for the full control of two MHG Procon HT 150 Ultra efficient fully modulating condensing boilers and associated plant that provides heating and hot water for the scheme. A full controls panel was manufactured and included a YORK ISN BMS controller to take care of the day to day operation of the plant.
All of the existing field wiring was considered to be past its useful life and was therefore replaced and supplemented to suit the new plant and then integrated into the new panel.
The plant is now fully operational and requires virtually no input from the user other than periodic checks for fault indicators on the controls panel.
