We offer our domestic customers a wide range of services to cover all aspects of the industry.

Our engineers are fully qualified to work on Domestic Gas, LPG and Oil Fired appliances and we offer the same extensive cover and services to our domestic clientele as we do for our commercial properties. We hold a large number of annual service contracts on behalf of Landlords and homeowners throughout the South East and provide these with our emergency break down cover throughout the year. Domestic works undertaken include;

• Chemical or power flushing to increase system efficiency

• System design to ensure the household’s hot water and heating demands are met.

• Annual servicing and Safety certification (CP12)

• System repairs and modifications

• Boiler breakdowns and fault finding

• Boiler upgrades and replacements.

With ever rising fuel bills, which can represent a large proportion of a household’s expenses, we only install and recommend ‘A’ rated boilers. Our attention to detail on system upgrades, including internal pipework and component cleaning, insulation and controls will go a long way to reducing these costs.
