Industraheat was established in Ashtead in 1980 and finds this base ideal for covering the Home Counties and South East England, from where the majority of its business emanates.

From inception a solid customer base has been built, comprising organisations such as Schools, Local Authorities, Churches, large Public Limited Companies and many private clients. A considerable number of these hold long term maintenance contracts with us.

We advertise locally but the majority of our work comes from referrals, recommendations, or ongoing work from various prestigious clients.

We are fully certified to work on Natural Gas, LPG and Oil Fired boilers with in depth industry knowledge and an ethos of producing free of charge, accurate, reliable and competitive quotations rather than estimates.

Our experienced and qualified personnel are able to work to clients’ specifications as well as offering an in house design service to cover all aspects of heating, cooling and ventilation.

One of our particular specialities is commercial plant and boiler room refurbishments from the smaller single boiler systems to multiple modular boiler arrangements.
